This 1/2"=1' scale half model was commissioned by Stuart Caplan of Baltimore, MD
as a birthday gift for his Father, Joseph Caplan. Model length is 13 1/2 inches, backing board
is mahogany. Backing board is 24 inches by 17 inches.The sails are actually made of wood.
