This model was commissioned by Skott Kaufman of North Little
Rock,
Arkansas. It was the first home he and his wife owned when they
got married. They sold it some years back and it fell into disrepair.
Scott decided he wanted a model so they could remember it the way
it was when they finished restoring it after they originally purchased
it.
It is 1/2"=1' scale.
